PYPAC how long i need to wait for u to come?

frustrated .. Its been 2 month already . Going to 3 month after tmr. What took u so long wondergirls team? I made an early payment on 21dec at 1.30pm. No i didnt sent twice email for u guys. As sis alida said it maybe coz we sent email berkali2. NO okay. I send sekali jer. 
I know you guys busy,but i thought first come first serve?am i wrong bout this? Some people managed to get the book eventho they made a payment on january.
